The rate is calculated by the number of nights you wish to stay. There is a 2-night minimum stay for the Spa and River Suites and a 3-night stay for the Terrace Suite.
2 to 6 nights are calculated at the per night rate
7 nights = weekly rate
30 nights = monthly rate
To check availability and confirm the total fee for your dates, please contact us. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.
A suite is booked in your name when the total amount is received by e-transfer.
If you are booking more than 1 week in advance, the space is reserved for you when half of the total fee is received by e-transfer. To complete the booking, the remaining amount is due 3 days in advance of the check-in date. Please see refund policy below to determine when you need to cancel a reservation for a full refund.
To Book Top Floor (sleeps 8) directly, call Pat Crocker 519-378- 5256. The top floor is booked in your name when one-half of the total amount is received by e-transfer. The balance is due 30 days before check-in date. If booking less than 30 days in advance of check-in date, the full amount is due to book the top floor.
Refund Policy
If you booked through AirBnB, please check the refund policy on that site.
If you booked directly with Riversong Suites, the following policy applies.
A full refund is issued if you email or text notice of cancellation within the following time frame:
Two to Four Nights Booked
Total fee is refunded if cancellation notice is received 7 days before check-in date. After 7 days notice prior to check-in date, half is refunded.
Five to Seven Nights Booked
Total fee is refunded if cancellation notice is received 10 days before check-in date. After 10 days notice prior to check-in date, half is refunded. No refund after 3 days prior to check-in date.
One Month Booked
Total advance is refunded if cancellation notice is received 30 days before check-in date. 50% of the advance fee is refunded if cancellation notice is received 15 days before check-in date. 25% of the advance fee is refunded if cancellation notice is received 7 days before check-in date. No refund after 7 days prior to check-in date.
Top Floor Booked
Total deposit is refunded if cancellation notice is received 30 days before check-in date. No refund after 30 days prior to check-in date.
Parking
One angle parking space per suite is available for a small to mid-size car at the south side of the building. There is also free street parking for trucks, larger vehicles, and vans from April 15th to November 15th.
Out of courtesy to our neighbours, please do not park in front of the white house adjacent to our building.
No Pets
We love animals. In fact, we have a dog, Alfie (he’s a Cairn Terrior) and a cat, Dancer. But they are not allowed on the top floor of the building where the suites are located. This is because we know that other people may have allergies and that’s not fun for them. For that reason, we have a strict NO PET policy for guests.
Riversong Suites is located on the main street of a quiet country village and is surrounded by neighbours and friends.
The River and Spa Suites each sleep two people, which is the limit for overnight stays in those suites. The limit for visiting guests is 2 people for a maximum of 4 hours.
The Terrace Suite sleeps four people, which is the limit for overnight stays. The limit for visiting guests is 2 people for a maximum of 4 hours.
The Top floor sleeps 8 people, which is the limit for overnight stays. Please do not invite other guests to visit if you have booked the top floor for your group.

During COVID-19
We’re protecting you and your reserved suite by exceptional cleaning of public and private spaces and adherence to COVID-19 protocol. Please help us by ensuring that you and your visitors are following Ontario’s protocol, that you know the symptoms and do not enter if you are experiencing them, and that you wear a mask in public spaces and use the hand sanitizer provided in the lobby before entering each time.
